Hi! My name is Alyssa. I’m a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with a background in forensic psychology and clinical mental health counseling. My experience includes working in psychiatric settings, supporting individuals with special needs, and providing emotional care for clients navigating cancer and other medical diagnoses.

My counseling style is rooted in collaboration, resilience-building, and strength-based interventions. I believe every person has the capacity for self-understanding and transformation, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.
I am currently practicing under a limited permit in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, bringing together academic knowledge, clinical experience, and a genuine desire to help others heal and thrive.
