I also have five years of experience in school counseling, where I have worked closely with teens and young adults navigating academic, social, emotional, and personal challenges. I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy modalities to support clients throughout their counseling journey.
I am passionate about fostering an inclusive, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I value social justice, cultural awareness, and the importance of meeting clients where they are with empathy, respect, and compassion.
