About Pamela

Hi, I’m Pamela Fagan, and I’m currently pursuing a master's in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2027.

My counseling approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want.

Pamela Fagan
Mental Health Counselor
Intern

For more than 25 years, I have worked with adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting
individuals living with substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and significant life
transitions. These experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted without judgment.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming therapeutic environment where you can openly explore the issues that matter most to you. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and practical strategies for lasting growth. While my work is rooted in a person-centered approach, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique goals, strengths, and experiences.

I am committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care for individuals of all identities and backgrounds. I value cultural humility, and the importance of meeting each client where they are with empathy, respect, and compassion. I look forward to working alongside you as you build insight, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
