About Regina
Hello. I work virtually with both individual adults (individuals over 18) and couples.
I have an affinity for working with people who feel stuck or who want change but don’t know where to start. My experience includes working with communication and relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, navigating the journey of gender transition, acculturation and immigration, optimizing performance and career, personal and life stage transitions, stress management, unfair situations, and difficulty facing and navigating changes. Our focus will be on helping you make choices and have relationships that are true to who you are and the life you want to have.

Mental Health Counselor
Limited Permit
I will partner with you in making open paths when it seems like there are none, processing painful experiences, understanding your feelings and behaviors, having hard conversations, and building the skills to move forward. Also, if you choose, I can incorporate your religion and/or spirituality into your therapy.
I want to share that I am an immigrant who grew up with both my native Filipino culture and my adopted American culture. Because of this experience, I understand the ways culture and identity can impact self-image, opportunities, treatment by others, worldview, relationships, mental and physical health, and life experiences.
I look forward to meeting you.
