Hi! My name is Alexandra Diaz and I am a mental health counseling graduate student currently earning my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan University with a graduation date of May 2027. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with careful attention to each individual’s cultural background, personal values, and unique goals. I work collaboratively with clients to build self-awareness, develops effective coping skills, and navigate life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, respect, and trust, while supporting clients in working towards meaningful and lasting change.
