I value the importance of an emphatic and therapeutic relationship with individuals who are struggling to get through life. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field in assisting others through their life struggles, especially with the losses we experience in life. My therapeutic approach is assisting clients with communication styles, forgiveness towards others and self, changing negative thinking patterns, and learning to manage bereavement through grief counseling. I’m here to support you throughout your healing journey.
